Lisa Free’s fabulous paintings will be on exhibit at Hang Ups Gallery (upstairs at Hang Ups) for the entire month of September!

I can’t believe I didn’t post this earlier… Hang Ups just recently celebrated an incredible milestone: 15 years in business! Now, I must say, I am not surprised…combination of excellent customer service, professional staff, quality materials, honest advice and fair prices for our customers! Oh, all set in a beautiful building in lovely Downtown Brockville! A HUGE Thank You though to all our very important customers over the years; without you, Hang Ups would not be what it is today!

School’s out and Downtown Brockville is bustling with tourists, boaters and our amazing local supporters! Don’t be afraid to wander down to the beautiful St. Lawrence River; it is a wonderful sight! Check us out on your journey…we really do have an awesome selection of framed art, unique gift ideas, silver jewellery and new this past week : Glass Allsorts, a local Brockvillian’s fused glass pendants! Here at Hang Ups, you can bring us framed work that may be in need of a wee bit of an update!

Have you recently re-painted a room and thought “that mat just doesn’t go with the new paint colour!”??? Or, do you have a case of “broken glass” and have been putting off getting it replaced? How long has a large framed piece that was framed a long time ago been hanging on that same wire???

Well, don’t put it off any longer! We will replace your glass, change your mat to work with your new paint choices, and re-wire your old frames! WE ARE HERE TO HELP!!!

Go to the framing page to check out a new photo I took today. A customer of ours brought in an Air Force cap from World War II and a pocket watch…it turned out wonderful! What a great keepsake that will now hang on a wall for all to see, instead of stored away in a box! I thank her for letting me put this on my website.
